The executive committee shall be composed by representatives nominated from the dermatopathology society or group in each Asian country or region. Each Asian country shall not have more than one representative from amongst their members in the same term. The term of each term of Executive Committee shall be two years. The member may serve no more than two consecutive terms (a total of four consecutive years).
The officers (President, Vice-president, Secretary-General, and Treasurer) shall be selected from the executive committee.
