- Examination Centre: Computer room, Library, 15F, Peace building, Mackay Memorial Hospital (92, Sec 2, Chongshan North Road, Taipei, Taiwan)
- Who shall qualify:
- Candidates who have completed the FAADV (Dermatopathology) Course and/or
- Candidates certified to have equivalent training as approved by the Censor-in-Chief

- 8:00-8:30 registration
- 8:30-10:30 written test
- 10:30-11:00 break
- 11:00-13:00 slide test
- 13:00-14:00 lunch break
- 14:00-17:00 oral test
- 17:00-18:00 examiner’s meeting
- Examination Fees: US$300. Please pay on-site.
- Registration fee for 5th Taiwan Dermatopathology Conference: Candidates is waived who attend the certificate examination.
- Result: The certificate will be issued to those candidates who have passed successfully all 3 parts of the examination.
