- To be able to accurately diagnose various cutaneous dermatoses and neoplasms encountered in dermatological practice
- To be competent in rendering a histopathological report, and where appropriate, interpret the findings based on clinicopathological correlation
- To be competent in performing accurate clinicopathological correlation
- To appropriately utilise histochemical and immunohistochemical stains
- To be competent in the interpretation and reporting of direct immunofluorescence
